Great fun with a group of friends or your walking club

Travelling with friends, your local walking club or family members on holiday all but guarantees a great time and can also mean generous savings for you and your party. A group is smaller than you think – you only need a minimum of 7 people to qualify for a great reductionon our independent walking holidays.

10% discount is offered to organised groups of 7 people or more who jointly make reservations for the same walking holiday. For larger groups (minimum 15 adults) we may be able to offer a free place to the organiser instead. Please contact us to discuss your plans.

•	We understand that groups have different needs and requirements and thus we make sure we are fully aware of them (e.g. room shares, meal arrangements) before issuing a customised quotation.

•	We know it can take time to collect your group’s deposit so once you are happy with our proposal, we will reserve the accommodation for you for up to one week to enable you to organise travel and collect initial payment.

•	Additional walking notes including the relevant maps can be bought at a price of €50 per set.

Group Discounts - Policies & Payment

When you arrange a group departure, payment and cancellation policies will vary slightly from our normal trip policies as follows:

•	Discounts apply to adult prices only. The number of adults in the group determines the party size. Group reductions are not available on our Walk with Kids holiday range.

•	To qualify, all holidays must be booked and invoiced in the same name and at the same time. Discounts will be subtracted from your final payment. Later additions made to your party after the final payment has been received will not count towards any group reduction rate. Additions made to your party after deposit payment, but prior to making your final payment, will count towards a group reduction.

•	Discounts will apply to the price of the walking holiday as stated on this website, and NOT against supplements (e.g. single rooms).

•	The whole party must stay in the same hotel for the same number of nights. However, mixed accommodation may be used subject to the hotel not being able to take the whole group.

•	All names must be supplied 4 weeks before the start of your walking holiday or at the time of booking if under 4 weeks. Name changes after a booking is confirmed may incur an extra charge.

•	If the number in your group reduces to below 7 adults, you will no longer qualify for group discounts and the cost of your walking holiday will increase.

•	Should any member of your group have to cancel their walking holiday booking we must receive this in writing. All such cancellations will be subject to a percentage charge of the total holiday price as per our Booking Conditions.

•	Touching Nature’s Group Booking Form must be used to confirm your booking. Please forward the completed form to us by fax or by post. Group Booking Forms can be obtained from our office or downloaded below:
