We use 128-bit encryption for our booking and payment forms, the highest level of protection currently available for Internet communications and credit card transactions. 

We need to retain all your details for a specific period so we can ensure that all booking related queries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.  We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely.

We will hold your credit card information on our system until the booking process is completed (deposit and balance payment received) and delete it irreversibly after that. 

We will not provide your personal information to anyone without your permission, nor will you receive any unsolicited emails from us.
